Quality is our standard!

The high-grade fuels produced by us which are used in cement production must comply with the strict quality specifications of our customers, as the cement quality must not be influenced by the use of substitute fuels. ´

For our treatment locations we have introduced quality assurance systems which are based on the quality standards developed by BGS e.V. (Gütegemeinschaft Sekundärbrennstoff und Recyclingholz e.V. = Quality Association for Secondary Fuels and Recycling Wood). The quality assurance concepts are continuously updated. In that way we guarantee for our customers that our fuels meet the fuel characteristics required.

Quality assurance already starts at the supplier’s and ends with use in the cement works. As input material, not only dangerous waste is used. Only after sampling, analysis of a representative sample and evidence of process engineering suitability, is approval given and regular take-over of raw material carried out.

Our employees receive regular in-house training and further training in acceptance inspection and production. In that way it is ensured that the substitute fuel produced meets the specified quality criteria.

An installed sampling system, via the production phase as far as final use in the cement industry, forms the basis for permanent analytical monitoring of our substitute fuels.
