Substitute fuel (fluff), high-calorific

During production of high-calorific substitute fuel we distinguish between the following qualities:

Substitute fuel quality Q0:
We produce our quality Q0 from a mixture of very high-calorific production wastes as well as packaging waste from the sorting of lightweight packaging. In that way we guarantee a very high heating value with a good reactivity of our fuel.

Substitute fuel quality Q1:
We produce our quality Q1 from pure production waste. By means of an appropriate homogenisation of the input materials, we guarantee a constant calorific value (> 21 MJ/kg) and low chlorine content (< 0.3 %) of our fuel.

Substitute fuel quality Q2:
From pre-sorted high-calorific waste from waste treatment plants we produce, in accordance with our customers’ requirements, our quality Q2 with a calorific value of > 22 MJ/kg and a chlorine content of < 1.0 %.

In the input, production and output phases, all qualities pass through our Quality assurance system. In that way, we guarantee a constant quality demanded by our customers.
